What does the session entail?

Your stop smoking session will be 2 hours long and at the end of it you will be a non-smoker. The first part of the session will enable me to get an idea of your smoking history, why you started, what triggers you to smoke, what are the benefits you get from it and why you want to stop.

After this I will go through the importance of good breathing with you and give you some exercises to do that will help you relieve the effects of the nicotine addictions. I'll also give you some handouts with lots more background information about good breathing and more exercises to be done at your leisure. I must stress that practicing these will greatly increase your chances of never smoking again.

Then will come the hypnosis part. I will explain to you what will happen and put your fears to rest, answering any questions you may have. You will spend approx 45-60 minutes in trance where most of the work will be done..

When the trance work is over it's time for you to look ahead to your smoke free future. Make time to practice the breathing exercises until it becomes a habit to breath in a healthier way and you no longer need to think about it.

Say goodbye to all your cigarettes and other smoking paraphernalia as you won't be needing them any more.
